Avoid contact with chemicals, dishwashing liquids and moisturizers and remove jewelry before sleeping. Also you can give your piece a rub with the provided polishing cloth before storing it in your Gab Mc Neil jewelry pouch ! This varies from person to person according to acidic levels in the skin and according to the climate.
WHERE IS GAB MC NEIL JEWELRY PRODUCED?All Gab Mc Neil jewelry is handcrafted in our Montréal, Canada atelier.
IS GAB MC NEIL JEWELRY PLATED?No. All our jewelry is casted from solid high quality precious metals and leave them in their natural color. Our jewelry doesn't go threw any type of plating process, just some old fashion polishing.
WHERE IS THE BRAND BASED?Our atelier is based in Montréal, Canada.
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original Gab Mc Neil packaging.
Additional non-returnable items custom orders. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt/ invoice or proof of purchase. Sale items (if applicable)Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a in store credit and or gift card will be sent to your email within a 1-2 days after approval.
We only exchange/replace items if they are defective or wrong size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift card or credit for the value of your exchange. Once the returned item is received.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and hold the customer responsible for any lost returns.
